SATURDAYS 8AM-9AM
A 60-minute program varying in format but is certain to give a fantastic workout on short notice. As we have all become even busier than before, this program affords the flexibility to "drop on in".

$10 for members
$18 for non members


TUESDAYS 9AM-10AM and 5PM-6PM
High intensity cardio workout. Work up a good sweat while having a ton of fun hitting tennis balls. Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by one of our teaching professionals, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phase. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
