A great way to introduce creative exercise and fun aerobic
movements. Try this low impact workout. Perfect for
seniors. Brenda will have you

STEP INTERVAL w/ABS
Class consists of 45 minutes of step aerobics with intervals of weight work, and
one-minute anaerobic workouts, followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening/ab
work/ stretching.

HALF AND HALF
Class consists of 30 minutes of step cardio
and then 30 minutes of weight, core,
abdominal work, and stretching.
All levels!
SUPER SATURDAY
A surprise class! Instructors choose their own choreography each week to create a
great workout for all levels.
BODY TONE
This high intensity workout is sure to leave
no muscle untouched! Class will include
cardiovascular training, weight training, and
stretching. This class will improve muscle
tone, endurance, and overall strength.
MSROM
SilverSneakers - Muscular Strength & Range
of Movement – Have fun and move to the
music through a variety of exercises designed
to increase muscular strength, range of
movement, and activity for daily living skills.
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball are offered for resistance;
and a chair is used for seated and/or
standing support.

FUSION REMIX
60 minute program - Have fun with great music using all the fitness tools available step, band weights, tubing and more fusing it all together to make a great total body workout and a great class for all fitness levels.
