YIN YANG
Slow, deep stretching combined with active, flowing postures.

WARM VINYASA FLOW
Move, breath, and detoxify in this class. The room is warm to encourage sweating as you gain strength, flexibility and awareness. Please bring a large towel and water.

OSTEO YOGA
Remodel and strengthen your bones, slow down bone mass loss, increase your range of motion, flexibility, release tension and have fun!

YOGA PILATES FUSION
A bit of Yoga + a dash of Pilates=a fabulous lengthening and strengthening class!

YIN
Long, slow, deep and meditative. The perfect end to your day.

GENTLE YOGA
Release tension in this soothing, calming class incorporating basic postures with breath work.

VINYASA FLOW +
An energizing, all levels class that combines moving through sequences with breath (Vinyasa) holding poses longer, building strength while finding stillness. Stretching, breath work and guided relaxation.

PRANA FLOW
Learn to trust the flow of your breath to follow the creativity of your yoga. Open to all levels, this class focuses on the movement of your breath and spine.

HATHA YOGA
A flowing class that beings with gentle opening stretches, and moves into more vigorous poses activating all muscle groups, and ends with a restorative phase.

WARM POWER VINYASA
A vigorous class to benefit cardiovascular health, build endurance, strength and flexibility. Knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations recommended.
