Come to this workshop to learn or review Yoga postures in a small group with lots
of individualized instruction on alignment, adaptations and modifications just for your
body. Learn basic postures Learn what a Sun Salutation is Explore breathing
exercises This will be a fun and supportive Yoga experience!

Treat yourself and your partner like the sacred temples of the divine that you really are.
Doing yoga with a partner is one of the most profound ways to enhance your relationship
to your Self and to your partner. By using asanas, mudras,pranayam and meditations
to sync your energies with your partner, you create a powerful compassion between the
two of you that transcends your physical, mental,and emotional bodies. As you give it, so
you will receive it. Open to all levels ( not for children ). Wear clothes fit for movements.
