A high intensity interval style of workout designed to alternate between blasts of cardiovascular and strength training. This class may include a combination of totally body strength as well as use of a variety of equipment.


Chair Yoga will move your entire body through a flowing sequence of modified seated and standing yoga postures using the support of the chair. Poses are taught to increase relaxation, balance, and flexibility.


This class will chisel and strengthen your entire body using a variety of resistance equipment. Reach your peak heart rate with short intervals consisting of high energy sports conditioning drills. All levels


A low impact classic aerobic style of workout that keeps the heart rate elevated for sustained periods of time. Synched to music, you will move with the beat in this fun high energy cardio class. All levels


A mat based class developed by the late Joseph Pilates that enhances physical and mental strength through a series of dynamic core exercises. This 30-minute class will not only challenge your core, but will also improve flexibility, coordination, and reduce stress. Some equipment may be utilized. All levels.


Join in for a blast from the past good ol’ fashioned cardio fitness workout! We will move continuously on the floor in this lo-impact aerobics workout, minimizing joint stress while getting the heart pumping – all to the tunes of days ago. This workout is generally suitable for all levels of ability (even for those who currently participate in advanced level Silver Sneakers classes). Friends, fun and cardiovascular fitness – see you in class!


Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill


Increase muscle strength, range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level


A variable intensity class done on stationary bikes. This class utilizes motivating music paired with varied resistance and cadence drills. Class is suitable for all fitness levels-please arrive early if this is your first time.


Step up, around, and down from a platform in different patterns to boost your overall fitness by improving cardiovascular health and building strength. This class mixes it up with additional weight work. All levels.


An interval class that mixes step and strength training exercises for a total body workout. All levels.


A fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective aerobic fitness workout. All levels

    How does the Wellness Coaching program work? Coaching will focus on achieving personal wellness goals, including fitness, nutrition, and stress reduction. The first 30-minute session is FREE. Additional sessions can be scheduled for 30 minutes ($30) or 60 minutes ($50). Some insurances may cover program cost.
